Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service (which is $0, since FlowTime is free).

All user data (tasks, statistics, settings) is stored locally in your browser's local storage. FlowTime does not store any user data on remote servers.
Important: If you clear your browser's local storage, use private/incognito mode, or switch devices, your data will not be available. We recommend regularly backing up important information.
9. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
